Refund Policy

  1. The user of the payment service on the Foundation’s website, if applicable, understands and consents that the Issuing Bank, Payment Scheme, or other financial institutions may (i) refuse to settle a transaction or (ii) make chargebacks against the Foundation under specific conditions.
  1. In the event that the payment service user accepts settlement for the relevant transaction, the payment service user acknowledges that it could be necessary to repay the Foundation for chargebacks.
  1. When relevant, the payment service user is required to manage chargebacks and cardholder disputes in compliance with the guidelines of the payment scheme.
  1. The payment service user acknowledges that the Foundation may forward unresolved user transactions to the relevant issuing bank or authorities for verification. Should the issuing bank or authorities object to the executed transactions for any reason, the Foundation will not be obligated to reimburse the payment service user for the transaction amount during the time frame specified in this agreement. All chargebacks must match the full or partial settlement amount of the initial transaction.
  1. The Foundation has the right to immediately debit the merchant’s position, reverse the merchant’s bank account, deduct from any remittance, and/or invoice the payment service user in order to recover the child item in the event of a chargeback.
  1. A chargeback is an immediate obligation owed by the payment service user to the Foundation, and the Foundation does not deduct the full cost of any chargebacks from the payment service user’s bank account, deduct it from any remittance, or issue an invoice as specified in the preceding clause.
  1. By any other methods, the Foundation may obtain the full amount of the chargeback or chargeback charges (or the remaining amount, if applicable) from the payment service user.
  1. Any issuing bank, payment scheme, or other financial institution may decide to look into the legitimacy of a chargeback; the Foundation is under no obligation to do so; their judgement is final and enforceable on all chargebacks.
  1. The Foundation has the right to collect chargebacks and chargeback costs from the payment service user for all chargebacks, even if the user and the Foundation’s contractual relationship is terminated. This is because chargebacks may occur a long time after the date of the relevant transaction.
  1. If, in its sole judgement, the Foundation believes that the total amount of refunds and/or chargebacks is excessive, it may immediately cancel this agreement and the services rendered under it.
  1. The payment service user acknowledges and agrees that it will be held entirely responsible for any chargebacks, refunds, penalties, losses, damages, or expenses incurred by the Foundation, the acquiring bank, and/or customers following the agreement’s termination. It also agrees to be held accountable for any claims and actions brought against the Foundation in connection with the agreement.
