The staff retreat titled “Uniting to realign and be focused on the Vision” was an avenue to bring staff together to realign with the vision of the Foundation and plan for the year. It provided an avenue for feedback to the staff on how the Foundation is progressing.
Unit Heads presented unit achievements and goals. A presentation on Staff Synergy and team building took center stage. At the end, staff went out for a movie.
